Guys my epic games launcher wont download anything after launching.
After i start my launcher it says 'please wait while we update your game' and after some time a triangle exclamation comes up and when i hover over it it says 'we are currently facing connectivity issues and are trying to resolve it' waited for hours nothing happened. I opened my network troubleshooting and it said 'the remote device or resource won't accept the connection' but when i launch steam or browse net everything works fine. Java won't update either because of this connection issue. Really want to play fornite, please help.
EDIT - I just got past this problem by going through advance firewall settings and then into outbound connection and giving Access to the launcher. It finally downloaded the 110 mb update and i got into the launcher but now all the free to play games in the store are not downloadable as it says 'UNSUPPORTED OS' instead of a download option. Is it because my windows is not genuine and it is a 32 bit os. Should i or rather can i upgrade my OS to a 64 bit one? I have 4 gb ram. Or if its not the issue of the OS please anyone provide a solution if you can. Thanks.
