The Vault-Tec Workshop DLC allows you to build and staff your own vault through Vault 88, as well as play new Quests, which can be found in the walkthrough below.
Your inhabitants can be trained and tested on, and you can make them fight off various threats who deem your vault their next target. The Vault-Tec Workshop DLC launched in July, 2016.
To begin this DLC, you’ll have to be at least Level 20. As soon as you've got that taken care of, you should discover a radio beacon coming from Vault 88.

New Crafting Materials[edit]
Since this DLC is all about constructing your own vault, crafting has gotten an update with several new materials at your disposal. Items include new furniture, decorations, and experimentation tools for your settlers.
New structures are also available that will help you create the look and feel of a standard vault.
Settlement Management[edit]
A new Population Management Terminal allows you to not only keep track of all your settlers and their tasks, but also assign them jobs right from the terminal. This will also allow you to find any missing companions.
